  • I will be creating your pet’s portrait using reference photo(s) provided by you.

Please make sure your photos have:

-High resolution, in focus with a desirable pose and facial expression.

-Send multiple photos if you can. This helps me see your pet’s fur and eyes from different angles and lighting.

-Photograph(s) must have good lighting without harsh shadows or contrasting light. A dark or filtered photo makes it difficult to see your pet’s unique details.

  • You have the option to Add-On products to your portrait! For example: high quality vinyl stickers, digital download for personal use only. Want a mug or sweatshirt with your pet’s face? Let me know and I can get you a price quote!

  • All portraits will be shipped as a flat paper packaged in rigid foam board. Shipping costs depend on size of the package. Typically, shipping costs start around $5 for the smaller portraits and up to $15+ for larger portraits via USPS. Ask for a shipping quote if there is a different provider you prefer, otherwise I will use USPS.

  • Each custom pet portrait is painted on the highest quality French hot pressed paper. It is a thick and sturdy 300lb paper in natural white. Portraits do not include matting or frames.

  • Due to the nature of custom art, these portraits cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact me directly if you feel there is an issue. A photograph of the completed portrait will be sent via email for approval prior to shipping.

  • Once delivered, your portrait is ready to be framed! Each painting is sealed with a wax protectant. This helps to keep moisture and dust from damaging the painting’s surface. I recommend that each portrait is professionally framed behind UV resistant glass for painting longevity. Exposure to direct sunlight can cause paints to fade over time. I use professional grade paints with high lightfastness grades but they still need protected.
